We offer a pastoral setting that has proven to be the perfect backdrop to make your wedding an unforgettable experience. And if that wasn’t enough to pique your interest, the owner of Cabinberry Farm, John Grimes, can be procured as the bride’s personal hair stylist. He has been a Stylist to the Stars for many years (www.johngrimeshair.com). Not only will you be married in his lovely cabin – you can rest assured your hair will be red-carpet worthy on your big day.
Currently, we offer three wedding packages, however we are able to be flexible with options and we welcome professional, insured, and licensed outside vendors.
Our Vegas-style elopement ceremony and reception package lends you use of the cabin for 90 minutes on your special day. Candlelight accents and timeless, rustic decor provide the perfect backdrop for you and your guests. Stand fire-side by our stone hearth in the cabin’s vaulted gathering room as you exchange your vows and pose for photos. We provide a licensed minister to officiate your wedding and help you with your vows. Acoustic wedding background music will be played over our in-house sound system at your request. Our dining parlor will be set up to accommodate seating for the special couple and up to 10 guests while your cake is cut and your closest friends toast to your happiness. Silver rimmed china cake plates, a glass punch bowl accompanied with country-styled mason jars, a round glass cake stand, and two champagne flutes are made available for your use. Speaking of champagne, the toast is on us – we provide you with a complimentary bottle of champagne!
If you are looking for a rustic and relaxed wedding experience, this package offers you a wedding ceremony and reception for up to 80 guests. This offering includes a wedding planner to guide you up to your special day – and a wedding coordinator on the big day to make sure your wedding experience flows perfectly. The “Johnny and June” also gives you 6 hours of location rental time for your wedding and reception. Banquet tables covered with fresh linens, padded chairs, and silver-rimmed china place settings with our classic mason jars for up to 80 guests are provided. Our in-house sound system is made available to you so your closest friends can toast to your happiness…and when toasts are not being made, your choice of music can be played. We also include 1 hour of rehearsal time the day before your wedding. On your special day, we provide you with a full staff should you and your guests need assistance. The groom and his men are given private access to a Gentleman’s Suite for their preparation and leisure; the bride and her guests are given exclusive access to our Bridal Salon.
For a larger “Johnny and June” experience, we are able to host a maximum of 125 guests. To accommodate more than 80 guests, your friends and family will enjoy a mix-and-mingle wedding and reception, with a combination of seating and standing accommodations. This set up gives your guests a more casual, down-home environment, where they can enjoy the indoor and outdoor charm of the cabin. If your guest list exceeds 80, carting services would be required to shuttle guests from our parking field to the cabin at an additional cost.
For those that want to go “whole-hog” with country chic romance, this custom package offers you an upscale wedding ceremony and reception to comfortably seat 125 guests. This offering includes the same amenities in our “Johnny and June” package, including a wedding planner and wedding coordinator. In addition, seating will be provided for all guests under a large pavilion-style tent, adorned with your choice of draping and lighting options. Rustic, solid-wood farm tables are set for a formal seated dinner. Place settings are upgraded to include dinner plates, salad plates, and dessert plates. The cabin’s Vaulted Great Room will be transformed to your personal dance floor and a bartending staff will be provided to serve spirits of your choosing in our adjacent parlour. Before the big day arrives, the bride will be treated to a mock-trial, pre-wedding styling session with celebrity stylist, John Grimes. Your hair will also get the royal treatment on your big day. You can rest assured as your hair will be in the same hands as some of Nashville’s finest, including Miranda Lambert, Faith Hill, Sheryl Crow, and Hayden Panettiere. Last but not least, a shuttle service will carry your guests to-and-from the parking field to the front gates of Cabinberry Farm.

Please note that Cabinberry Farm is a private venue and is not open to the public except for scheduled appointments and events. We do not keep regular office hours on the property as we are a destination for company retreats, video and photo shoots, and private events.
